BELIAEV.DEV is operated by Pavel Beliaev, an entrepreneur / sole trader (preduzetnik) registered in the Republic of Serbia. This entrepreneur is the controller of personal data processed through this website.
Data collected
When you send the contact form, I collect:
- Name
- Work email
- Company
- Service requested
- Project description
- Timeline, if provided
- Other information you volunteer in the message
- Landing page
- Referrer
- UTM parameters
- Advertising click identifiers when present, such as gclid
Email and calendar tools used to reply may also store the correspondence that follows.
Purpose
This information is used to:
- Answer enquiries
- Evaluate project fit
- Discuss services
- Prepare estimates or proposals
- Take requested steps before entering a service contract
- Maintain an active commercial conversation
Form submissions are not added automatically to a newsletter or other marketing list.
Form processor
Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, acting as a processor on my behalf. The form posts to the endpoint configured for this site so enquiries can be accepted without a custom form backend. SeeFormSubmitfor that provider’s own privacy terms and data processing agreement.
Analytics and advertising
Retention
Contact enquiries and related email correspondence are normally deleted no later than 12 months after the last meaningful communication, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them longer.
Relevant correspondence and business records may be retained where required for contractual, accounting, tax or legal obligations.
